Abi, the staff, and I have been closely watching the developments of the Coronavirus and its impact in the US, Colorado and specifically in metro Denver. We want you to know that we are taking the virus seriously. To date, no one in the Legacy Chapel community or Legacy Preschool community is known to have contracted this virus.
Until further notice, our Sunday services have moved online and will be available to watch every Sunday at 9:00AM.
You can watch the latest Sunday sermon here.
I know by the Spirit that we are living in unprecedented times and the Church has a wonderful opportunity to be as Jesus encouraged in Matthew 5, “you are salt” and “you are light”. Jesus has called all believers to be “salt” and “light” to our hurting, fearful, and broken world. This Sunday, I will be addressing our Kingdom assignment to be “salt” and “light” and how we are to live by faith and not in fear. 2 Timothy 1:7 says, “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, of love and of a sound mind.”
We love each of you and we have been praying for you, declaring God’s protection and provision for your life. Psalm 27:1 says, “The Lord is my light and my salvation—so why should I be afraid? The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble?”
